13,5% vol / Vintage 2019 / 75cl
A wine that takes up the challenge of sulfite-free, offering quality and elegance while promising a much more affordable future. These vines, cultivated in the purest tradition, fed with organic amendments, and cared for with mineral and vegetable elements, offer the best of themselves with each vintage.
Behind the wine
Folle Avoine: a weed for some, a family history that has lasted for over a century for others… In 1999, Jean Claude Daumond, a true nature lover, was the only organic winegrower in the village of Vendargues. The name caught Jean-Claude’s attention and he decided to use it for his wine. Today, his son Guillaume is also part of the adventure and represents the 5th generation of “eccentric” winemakers for some, avant-garde for others…
